Butterfly Vessel and Lid

An intricate, delicate creature nestled on the glowing orange-red orb of hand-blown glass. This vessel and lid begs for closer examination of the specimen resting it's wings. The two pieces fit perfectly, evidence of the expertise of long-time ceramicist and glass-blower Jon Oakes. Handmade in California in the artist's studio.
