The Washer Woman of Mesa Arch
The Washer Woman of Mesa Arch
SKU:#1307DC
In Canyon Lands Nation Park, UT Mesa Arch, in Canyonlands National Park, is a much photographed scene. The arch lights up from the bottom every morning (provided it’s not cloudy), and it stays this way for almost an hour. Most photographers concentrate on the beautiful arch, but for this photograph I decide to focus on the wonderful formation in the distance. It is called “the washer woman”, and if you’ll look closely you’ll see why they are called by this name.
