New Mexico View

New Mexico View by Jake Smith features the iconic Zia symbol spanning 90 inches in height
and width. The Zia is hand formed from one inch steel square tubing. The 30” center gives a
port hole view of desert landscape, and features typical New Mexico foliage and a roadrunner performing their namesake task. The center portion is hand cut from 11 gauge mild steel. The piece includes a detachable stand. For permanent installation in a freestanding environment, the stand is meant to be buried, covered with rocks or otherwise properly weighted or secured to the ground. It can also be installed without the stand against a wall or other situation. The artist is happy to provide transportation and installation of this piece for a reasonable additional fee. It is finished with enamel and should be cleaned with a protective automotive wax to provide additional longevity and resistance to the elements.
