Evening Nova

Edition 1 of 5. After a year of convincing, my friend and I finally took his early-generation Chevrolet Nova out for a drive with no destination in mind. Around 45 miles in, we stopped to bask in the backroad views, and I was immediately struck by the variety of forms: gentle curves of the Nova's bodywork contrasted with craggy mountains in the background. I decreased the shutter speed to introduce an element of motion, and the broad tonal range in the early evening light compels the viewer to appreciate the engineered and natural elements.
