Blake's

Blake's sign at night. A staple, an icon, and a welcoming face on NM Route 66.

Lyndy says of her paintings "To me, the function of art is to document and preserve cultural heritage by preserving the visual perspectives. The perspectives that have been made tangible through art, literature, invention, and science are naturally the ones that get carried forward through museums and history."

This piece is part of our Tar, Time and Travel exhibit, meditations on the mother road.
